Here is a landscape design for a Washington, CT period house our clients, two architects, purchased a couple of years ago. The house has been updated and restored so now the homeowner are focusing their attention on improving the outdoor spaces. This landscape design is for phase 2 work that will be installed this season. Work started last fall with a screening project after one of the neighbors decided to clear cut all the trees from their property. This current landscape plan provides a small formal garden with boxwood parterre on the main entrance side of the house as well as foundation plantings on a second side and screening on the south side of the property to create more privacy between house and south lawn from the road.
