Creating Curb Appeal: From Tree to Fountain in a Circular Driveway.

Creating a new landscape for the front yard of a house is all about curb appeal.  Without curb appeal, your house becomes just another house, blending in with the thousands of other houses in your town and that is never exciting.  Curb appeal, it’s what gives each house its character.  In this driveway turnaround, the client wanted to create something a little more formal for the entrance to their house, something that would be a little more visually appealing and differentiate their entrance from all the other house on the street.    The plan was to remove the grass and tree and replace it with a fountain, boxwood hedge and annual plants that will provide season long color. What do you think? Did we create more curb appeal or do you prefer the tree?
